Two things have to be true at once.
Most technology companies are good at one of the two. The inventive ones produce remarkable demos that never survive contact with a real plant. The disciplined ones deliver reliably, and never attempt anything anyone will remember.
We have organised the company around refusing that trade. Our DNA is taking on challenging projects in cutting-edge technologies and turning them into tangible products — and the reason they become products rather than prototypes is the process wrapped around them: a written definition of good before anything is built, measurement every week against it, and an honest answer when the number stops moving.
That combination is also why we are not a staffing company with an AI label on it. Our people work on the hard part, and they are expected to explain the commercial case for what they built.
Innovation at the centre
We choose work at the edge of what is currently possible — sovereign AI, agentic systems, knowledge graphs, generative engineering. If it is already a solved problem, somebody cheaper should do it.
Process at the centre
Evaluation sets, review gates, written decisions, and a runbook at the end. Not bureaucracy — the mechanism that lets an ambitious build reach production instead of a demo folder.
Integrity as a constraint
We publish how a number was measured, we say when something is not working, and we design ourselves out of the engagement. All three cost us revenue in the short term and win the next project.
